At Lino Fashion, we aim to deliver your modest wear collections quickly and safely across the United Arab Emirates. Please review our shipping policy below for details on rates, delivery timeframes, and order processing.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

We deliver to all 7 Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah) through our trusted third-party courier partners.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 8 P.M. (Dubai Time) are processed the same business day. Orders after that will be proccessed in the next day. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Tracking & Updates: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation via Email, or WhatsApp containing your courier tracking information.

3. Data Privacy & Courier Sharing

To ensure seamless doorstep delivery, we share essential delivery information (your full name, shipping address, contact phone number, and order reference) with our contracted third-party logistics and courier partners.

Your contact details are strictly used by courier personnel for delivery coordination and location confirmation.

4. Delivery Address & Coordination

  • Please ensure your full delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.

  • The courier driver will contact you via phone or WhatsApp prior to delivery to verify your location. If you are unavailable, Please communicate with the courier to re-arrange your delivery at your preferred time.
