  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if fraud or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

2. Product Information & Pricing

  • Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, designs, and details of our modest wear collections as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings.

  • Pricing Currency: All prices displayed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item at any time.

3. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email or message does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for reasons including inventory stockouts or pricing errors.

  • Shipping Fees & Thresholds:

    • Standard delivery across all 7 Emirates is 25 AED for orders under 200 AED.

    • Orders totaling 200 AED or above qualify for Free Standard Delivery.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery is 1 to 2 business days via our third-party logistics partners.

  • Third-Party Data Sharing: To facilitate delivery, we share necessary order details (full name, shipping address, and contact number) with contracted third-party courier services.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and Cash on Delivery (COD) as indicated at checkout.

  • All payment transactions are processed through encrypted, certified third-party payment gateways. Lino Fashion does not store sensitive card data on its servers.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Responsibilities

  • Return Period: We accept returns and size or color exchanges within 48 hours of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges: The customer is responsible for bearing all delivery/courier fees incurred for returning or exchanging an item due to change of mind, color preference, or size exchanges.

  • Defective Items: If an item is received in a damaged or incorrect state, Lino Fashion will cover the replacement and delivery charges.

6. Marketing Communications & Privacy

By interacting with our platform or opting in during checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We may send transaction updates, promotions, and customer care messages via Email and direct messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.

  • You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking "Unsubscribe" or stop WhatsApp communications by replying STOP at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Lino Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, delayed courier deliveries, or reliance on information presented on the store.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable local laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
